Cancellation Policy

1. 70% refund of the booking amount, if cancelled before 7 days prior to the Check-in date mentioned in the booking confirmation email.
2. 40% refund of the booking amount, if cancelled after 7 days and before 72 hours of Check-in date mentioned in the booking confirmation email.
3. No refund, If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the stipulated Check-in date mentioned in the booking confirmation email.
   In case of loss of life of any Family member (self, spouse, son, daughter, mother, father collectively referred to as Family member) full amount will be refunded, after submission of the death certificate within 30 days of the cancellation of the booking.
   In case of unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters as proclaimed by the Government of India wherein travel is not possible from the destination, a full refund will be provided by Ecoplore.
